- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining effective Parts Department processes.
- Optimize parts stocking levels to maximize customer satisfaction and resource utilization.
- Execute daily objectives to meet or exceed annual Parts Department goals and budget.
- Develop and execute a Parts Department marketing plan to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct regular physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
- Process warranty and return claims within the required timeframe.
- Review customer receivables and ensure adherence to company accounts receivable and collections policies.
- Maintain department tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Provide parts counter service to mechanics and parts customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Parts Department operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Diesel or Transport Industries.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive for the company.
- Good understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations.
