U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Corporate Bond Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our CDO Loan/Asset Administration team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining pools of corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and Mezzanine debt that act as collateral for CDO.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. You will work closely with the Deal Administration, Analytics, and Relationship Management departments to process interest payments, principal payments, fees, and new payment information in an accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include researching CDO Suite and bond discrepancies between portfolios using Bloomberg, DTC, and different trustee reports, as well as booking interest/principal payments when the notes pay and monitoring/granting access to external parties to view U.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Typically, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically less than two years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of assigned functional area, including applicable systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
