We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control department. This role is critical in ensuring that all quality initiatives, strategies, programs, and product evaluations are conducted effectively and adhere to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as per 21 CFR Part 111.
  • Establish and manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and responsibilities of the entire Quality Control team.
  • Develop and implement improved quality reporting systems.
  • Maintain precise traceability of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Set, execute, and manage quality and production protocols.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee quality, accuracy, and appropriate documentation.
  • Assist in determining expiration dates by evaluating available stability data.
  • Conduct training sessions on all facets of Quality Management Systems.
  • Support investigations into customer complaints and quality-related trends.
  • Investigate production quality issues.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Closely monitor production challenges and execute processes to mitigate potential issues.
  • Lead efforts for cGMP and Organic certification, including renewals.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in preparations for external audits.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes at every stage and authorize the release of high-quality products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Significant experience in regulated sectors such as Dietary Supplements, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or similar fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of cGMPs, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA.
  • Experience in a Dietary Supplement Manufacturing Environment.
