About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at AMMEGA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the QA Process, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing process control techniques, resulting in a measurable, cost-effective, and consistent manufacturing process.
  • Document, test, and adhere to manufacturing processes and procedures by all personnel.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to measure manufacturing operations performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead New Product Development initiatives, collaborating with Sales and Production teams.
  • Work with Production and IT to document Bill of Materials, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Assurance In-Process Procedures, and Quality Laboratory Testing Processes in our MRP/ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop Advertising Materials and Promotional Documents outlining product features.
  • Monitor industry innovations to identify opportunities for New Products and future growth.
  • Investigate and solve problems regarding defects, on-time delivery, and supply with the Operations team.
Requirements
  • University/College degree, preferably in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' management experience in manufacturing/quality.
  • Training and knowledge of Six Sigma techniques and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience with quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Mastering concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements of QA.
  • Ability to create, review, and maintain metrics and quality audits.
  • Strong computer skills, producing and interpreting reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Must be able to work in the US.

Work Environment

The work environment is a factory setting with occasional exposure to wet, humid conditions, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is loud, and the employee will frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
