Quality Control Manager Job Description

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure continuous production of high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Manage and analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead project teams to test and evaluate new products for acceptance to mass production
  • Formulate and maintain quality control standards and objectives
  • Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Quality Control Engineering required
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • English language competency and legible writing ability
Preferred Skills:
  • Computer skills including Windows based programs, Microcadam Helix, Catia V5, and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, vehicle systems, hydraulics, electronics, power transmission systems, braking systems, gasoline and diesel engines with related systems
  • Organizational and motivational skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions
