Job Title: Space Control Operational Support Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Space Control Operational Support Analyst to provide critical support to the United States Space Force Headquarters Space Operations Command (USSF HQSpOC). In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to operational units by conducting research, analysis, and integration of existing and future programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess current capabilities and develop current and future operational programs.
  • Integrate and assess analysis on adversary capabilities and their impact on current and future operational programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external organizations, including the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP), and USSF Pentagon Elements.
  • Provide support to the integrated Space Control Mission Area Team and HQ USSF Space Control POM submissions.
  • Develop strategic plans and operational support for the execution of USSF Wargames.
  • Research and analyze issues requiring HQ SpOC interpretation, position, or decision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of related space control operational experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience interfacing with senior government officials.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, NMIS, and SGN.
  • Five years of experience in at least two of the following areas: HQ AFSPC support (now USSF HQ SpOC), Space Control mission area, COCOM experience, Intelligence Community experience, or Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
  • Must have an in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility, and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $165,000 (based on years of experience and other factors).
