  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage complex projects, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Security Expertise: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
