Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Lions Clubs International. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a vital role in driving Salesforce configuration, sandbox/environment setup, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Implement DevOps/release management, including change set preparation, promotion of change sets through environments, and deployments.
  • Manage and improve Salesforce data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Integrate third-party applications and manage sandbox environments.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Develop a platform roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best-practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Mentor junior employees and provide oversight of their work.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge and 5-7 years of direct Salesforce Administration experience with NPSP, Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community), and Lightning experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience using important wizards and/or data loaders.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
  • Administrator/Advanced Administrator Certification, preferred.
  • Platform App Builder Certification, preferred.
  • Knowledge of triggers and APEX.
