Residential Cleaning Specialist (Full-Time)

Residential Cleaning Specialists are expected to perform tasks beyond their usual responsibilities as needed to maintain a high-quality care environment for our residents.

Typical responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the Morning Pointe team to foster relationships with residents and their families
  • Conducting weekly cleaning services for residents, which may involve:
    • Changing linens and making beds
    • Vacuuming and mopping floors
    • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
    • Dusting and polishing surfaces
  • Understanding and accommodating the personal cleaning preferences of residents
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of common areas
  • Regularly removing waste from shared spaces
  • Adhering to safety regulations and procedures
