The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a diverse product portfolio while directing the formulation and implementation of all product-related strategies, encompassing pricing, promotional activities, inventory management, and SKU optimization.
  • Addressing and resolving any product-related issues, including specifications, guidance on modifications, pricing adjustments, and communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Engaging with customer inquiries and complaints, taking charge of crafting and executing effective solutions.
  • Conducting market analysis and assessing supply requirements for designated product categories to pinpoint potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are essential.
