Job Description

About the Role:

The Midas Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. As a seasoned manager, you will lead a team of technicians and service advisors, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections, making comprehensive recommendations and building repair orders.
  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring alignment with Midas' vision, purpose, and core values.
  • Oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions, including inventory management and employee payroll.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring environmental compliance and employee safety.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
