RETAIL STORE MANAGER

THE POSITION:
As a highly engaged leader with strong people skills, you will drive operations in our fast-paced environment. You will lead by example and excel in building a team culture of learning and empowerment. Your responsibilities will include providing world-class customer service, overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and implementing policies and procedures that maintain our culture. You will also operate the store within budgeted expense-to-revenue ratios and donor value, train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process, and ensure the operation of the store by responding efficiently and accurately to customer service issues, cash handling, managing inventory, training new and current team members. You will appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale, schedule and maintain labor and payroll in accordance with GIM policies and procedures, and manage good stewardship of donations and oversee budgeted expenses to revenue ratios and donor value.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have a high school diploma or GED, an Associate's Degree in business or related field is preferred. You must have a minimum of two years of customer service management or supervisory experience in a retail setting, be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends, and be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly.
