Position Summary: As a Roofing Consultant within the Residential Division, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue by actively seeking independent leads, leveraging personal referrals, and utilizing company-generated leads to secure contracts for roofing services. You will prepare project estimates and assist potential clients throughout the sales journey. As a member of the Energy Roofing team, you will align with the company's mission and uphold its values in all professional interactions.
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in contracting or roofing sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation Structure:
o Competitive base salary plus commission, with first-year earnings potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+
