Role Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in managing the flow of inventory and ensuring efficient operations within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes of merchandise
  • Prepare and fulfill customer orders for timely delivery
  • Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Coordinate schedules for contract drivers based on operational needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Manage cash handling, including cash counts and deposits
  • Organize and maintain stock levels of parts
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Ensure cleanliness of the store and front counter
  • Maintain a tidy warehouse and uphold safety standards
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail setting
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
