Job Title: Supervisor

ServiceMaster Maintenance Systems by Nielsen is seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure all assignments are completed on time
  • Perform inspections and provide constructive feedback to staff members
  • Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a custodial or janitorial role
  • Ability to work at a fast-paced and multi-tasked job
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 25lbs
