Job Title: Senior Time Management System Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Time Management System Analyst to join our team at Domtar. As a Senior Time Management System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our workforce management systems, including configuration, implementation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for our workforce management systems, including configuration, implementation, and testing
* Collaborate with the team to determine and confirm the efforts required for system changes
* Act as a functional team member in the context of formal projects to support the implementation of new functionality or workforce management products
* Produce specifications using the standard workforce management methodology for configuration requirements
* Configure and implement proposed specifications and perform the expected level of testing

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, information technology, or industrial engineering
* Minimum of 8 years' experience within an industry and application development
* Workforce management and human capital management knowledge
* Kronos design and configuration skills (Time Keeping, Attendance, Scheduling)
* Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies
