About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team at Daimler Truck North America. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the North America Region with analysis on current Risk trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical analytical tools and systems to support the collections and acquisitions processes
  • Analyze and solve problems by employing expertise from various disciplines, such as statistics, mathematics, and advanced analytics
  • Participate in future projects and initiatives, such as Dealer Rating system upgrade and Credit Decision Engine programming
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain Decision Engine with Auto Decisioning, Business Process Rules
  • Assist in developing, testing, implementing, and documenting new Acquisition Scoring and Rating models
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years overall work experience
  • 3+ years in Business, Credit, or Finance
  • 1+ years in Risk Management
  • Expertise in multiple analytics, statistical software packages, and libraries, including Python, R, Vertica, Hadoop, Tableau, SAS, SQL, MS Azure cloud platform, and Databricks
  • Good hands-on experience in developing creative presentations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
