Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Management Analyst to join our team at Domtar. As a key member of our HRIS department, you will play a critical role in the deployment and support of our corporate workforce management solution (UKG Pro WFM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to our workforce management environments, proactively addressing issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine and confirm efforts required, and develop work plans to support system changes.
  • Act as a functional team member in formal projects, supporting the implementation of solutions for specific sites or new functionality.
  • Produce specifications using standard workforce management methodology for configuration requirements, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Configure and implement proposed specifications, performing unit, QA, and UAT testing to ensure high levels of conformity and quality standards.
  • Recommend improvements to existing business processes and system integrity, maintaining or improving overall quality of information.
  • Actively promote the solution, staying current on UKG Pro WFM configuration standards and technologies.
  • Support and/or mentor team members, assisting with career development and providing performance feedback to management.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse and remote teams.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions and resolve problems in complex environments.
  • Bilingual, in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, information technology, or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in industry and application development.
  • Workforce management and human capital management knowledge.
  • Kronos design and configuration skills (Time Keeping, Attendance, Scheduling).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and US payroll systems is an asset.
