Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations.
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transfers efficiently.
- Leverage product and industry expertise to offer tailored recommendations to customers.
- Ensure the showroom and warehouse are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Assist in order fulfillment, including loading and unloading, while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Propose new product ideas and support initiatives to minimize overstock and aged inventory.
- Stay informed about product knowledge through training sessions and available resources.
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Effective team player with positive interaction skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Experience in the HVAC industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAGE software is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturday mornings as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Capability to lift or move items weighing between 25-50 pounds.
- Proficient in reaching, feeling, grasping, gripping, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
