This role supports multiple managers and groups, providing administrative tasks and case processing support. The ideal candidate will have experience with software systems, internal regulations, and grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Key Responsibilities- Validate and input information into automated systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Retrieve reports and technical material from business unit systems, including forms, correspondence, and supporting documents.
- Analyze case information to determine appropriate procedures for closing cases involving multiple work streams.
- Maintain and update manual and automated tracking systems used in processing cases.
- One year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service.
- Experience providing clerical and admin support to managers and staff, operating software systems, and responding to taxpayer/customer complaints.
- Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute.
In addition to the experience and education requirements, applicants must demonstrate a typing proficiency of 40 words per minute. Performance test results and certificates of proficiency are acceptable for three years.
