Location Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shuttle division in Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing routes, team members, and fleet allocations to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of drivers and support staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily shuttle operations, including route planning and scheduling
- Lead and develop a team of drivers and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with the fleet team to maintain vehicle maintenance and ensure minimal downtime
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in transportation operations
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a P endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Active US DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience running a shuttle program with commercial licensed drivers
