Program Coordinator

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all therapeutic activities and assisting with implementing program needs of the Westmoreland Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR).
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the supervision and implementation of therapeutic recreational activities to promote the well-being and independence of our residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of all required residential and therapeutic activities.
- Interview and hire qualified residential staff to ensure the highest level of care and support.
- Provide supervision, staff training, and performance evaluations to ensure the success of our team.
- Develop and implement effective residential policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Oversee the physical site of the LTSR, including recommending changes and improvements, coordinating cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the LTSR Director or Mental Health Professional.
- A Master's Degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline is required.
- One year of mental health clinical experience is required.
- A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.
