Patient Registration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Representative to join our team at HealthCare Support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and update patient demographic information in our system
- Collect signatures on required forms and calculate payments
- Schedule patient appointments using our scheduling software
- Provide testing instructions and secure authorization and referrals as needed
- Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and professional communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience
- Ability to work in a hospital or medical facility setting
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Immediate enrollment in health insurance
- Dental and life insurance

Pay: $18.12 per hour
