Job Description

Southern Holiday Homes is a premier vacation rental and property management company seeking a detail-oriented individual to support financial operations and management within the dynamic vacation rental industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
  • Aid in data entry and record keeping
  • Assist in reconciliations and audits
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
