Position Overview
As a Facilities Maintenance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations at our facility by stepping in for our leaders and managing significant projects. This position requires agility and flexibility to adapt to business needs while delivering essential maintenance programs and processes that are crucial for our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting the Standard: Assist in maintaining work plans that enhance the reliability of plant equipment.

- Strategic Leadership: Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members across various shifts, ensuring a commitment to collective success.

- Impacting Outcomes: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and waste by applying LEAN manufacturing principles.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate individuals at all organizational levels.
- Previous experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a manufacturing context.
- Flexibility to work any shift as required by business needs.
