Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and painting facilities
  • Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain facilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the facility manager or supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
