Job Summary:

As a Zone Facility Technician III, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, work orders, and minor renovations on various systems, including HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature Controls, Lighting, and Electrical. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with these systems, as well as providing excellent customer service to campus customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature Controls, Lighting, and Electrical systems
Complete work orders and minor renovations as assigned
Diagnose and repair issues with systems
Provide excellent customer service to campus customers
Collaborate with other technicians and facilities staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management or a related field
2 years of experience in a related technical trade, such as HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Temperature Controls
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

CFC Universal, Journeyman Electrical, or Journeyman Plumber certification
Experience with Energy Management Systems
Microsoft Outlook proficiency
