The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong written and oral communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Prior property management experience, particularly in Tax Credit properties, is highly desirable, but not mandatory. TCS certifications are a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

- Work collaboratively with the community team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of Tax Credit paperwork
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in Tax Credit properties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- TCS certification is a significant advantage
