We are seeking an experienced Woodworker Supervisor to join our team at Topsider Building Systems, Inc. This role will oversee the production of high-quality timber frame structures and building components for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of woodworkers in the fabrication of complex building components.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accurate shop drawings and product specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a woodworking or carpentry role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in CAD design software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework or certification in a related field a plus.
