Master Carpenter

Topsider Building Systems, Inc. is a renowned manufacturer of post and beam, timber frame structures shipped worldwide since 1968.

We are seeking skilled Woodworker Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, carpentry, and building component or other wood fabrication experience.

• Supervise and lead a team of woodworkers in a fast-paced job shop environment.
• Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate construction of components.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a woodworking job shop, wood furniture manufacturing, cabinet making, finish carpentry, or similar precision manufacturing with wood.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
