As a Master Craftsman at Topsider Building Systems, Inc., you will play a vital role in designing and fabricating major building components for upscale residential and light commercial structures using our proprietary post & beam, timber frame building system.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

Topsider is seeking an experienced Woodworker & Supervisor Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, carpentry, and building component or other wood fabrication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret shop drawings
  • Perform various woodworking tasks, including finish carpentry and precision manufacturing with wood
  • Assist in supervising and training junior staff members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a woodworking job shop, wood furniture manufacturing, cabinet making, or similar precision manufacturing with wood
  • Computer literacy a plus
