- **Direct Management**: Directly manage sales, customer service, and back office staff to ensure seamless operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Utilize technical skills, including product knowledge and Microsoft Office applications, to drive business growth.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrate strong leadership by leading and motivating through example, and effective communication with all levels of management.
- **Management Skills**: Implement strong management skills, such as conflict resolution, budgeting, and goal setting, to drive business success.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Manage plant & staff positions to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and mentor management personnel to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure corporate training and guidelines are met to maintain high standards.
- Oversee areas such as warehouse, office administration, and sales departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage company assets, including building, equipment, and inventory, to maintain a high level of efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in the community to build strong relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with an excellent record.
- Prior management/supervisory experience in a similar industry.
- High level of energy and ability to lift heavy items.
- Formal education preferred, but not required.
