Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Property Manager for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization. This position is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of the residents in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the community in the best interest of the owners, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Collect, post, and deposit rents and late fees in a timely manner.
  • Generate necessary legal documents and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and contractors regarding scheduling, billing, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure timely payment of A/P invoices and handle petty cash and all funds.
  • Maximize property occupancy through effective marketing strategies and leasing techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze market competition, traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, renewal information, and marketing data to provide up-to-date information.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient workflow and minimize liabilities.
  • Address resident concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure the efficiency of staff through ongoing training, instruction, counseling, and leadership.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and assignments with the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Provide support to staff to encourage teamwork and lead by example in creating a harmonious environment.
  • Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of market-ready apartments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of multifamily experience, including management.
  • Entrata proficiency preferred.
  • Commercial experience preferred.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
