Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at AEG. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating maximum revenue for the Biloxi Shuckers through full menu marketing ticket programs, selling full-seasons, partial plans, and groups, and providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all customers and public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement group incentives to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Identify new promotional opportunities for the organization and attend outside events to sell ticket packages and identify sales leads
  • Maintain groups sales inventory and daily reporting of sales and goals
  • Monitor relationships with existing and potential ticket members through Pipedrive CRM system
  • Responsible for all group hospitality areas, including Kloud 7 SkyBox, Rooftop Deck, and Left Field Terrace
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent cold calling skills and proven ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals
  • High level of integrity, strong negotiating skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and technical proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster or similar ticketing systems a plus
