Sales and Customer Service Director

Succeed as a key leader within our organization by becoming an Assistant Store Manager at Shoe Carnival, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate store associates to achieve exceptional customer service
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Manage inventory and handle logistics
- 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience required
- Some previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
