**Job Summary:**

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a National Project Director to lead our construction projects nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with clients, preparing scopes of work, estimates, and executed contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjustors, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities
* Prepare and present estimates, scopes of work, and executed contracts to clients
* Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet client expectations
* Communicate effectively with superintendents to ensure projects are running smoothly and meeting quality standards
* Adhere to company protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Determine necessary steps to begin project production and deployment
* Resolve potential issues and secure new business opportunities
* Complete change orders and communicate with project managers
* Determine the best approach to meet client needs and adjuster requirements
* Win competitive bids and resolve conflicts with clients and adjustors
* Manage field staff performance and changes in scope
* Ensure timely submission and collection of invoices

**Requirements:**

* Proficiency in Xactimate
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Good driving record
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
