Project Mission:

As a key member of the C-Sharpe Co LLC team, the Project Lead will oversee projects that prioritize excellence in safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects with a focus on delivering results while maintaining a healthy team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring accountability and excellence in project execution.
2. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members to drive project success.
3. Prepare and present project cost estimates, working closely with owners and engineers to meet their needs.
4. Collaborate with the Project Administrator to generate and execute owner contracts, ensuring timely project start-ups.
5. Develop job plans and site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
6. Facilitate pre-construction meetings with project teams and owners to review project details and ensure alignment.
7. Obtain necessary building permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
8. Generate, update, and communicate project schedules with the Superintendent and Operations Manager, ensuring timely project completion.
9. Negotiate pricing and work with the Project Administrator to generate subcontracts, change orders, and vendor purchase orders.
10. Set up project budgets and approve vendor invoices and subcontract payment applications, ensuring timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
11. Estimate and submit proposals for owner approval on change orders, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.
12. Work with the Project Administrator to generate and execute change orders, ensuring timely project completion.
13. Update allowance billing quantities with the Superintendent for subcontractor and owner billing purposes.
14. Work with accounting and communicate with owners to ensure timely payment of owner billings, ensuring a positive cash flow for the company.
15. Develop and review monthly cost projections with the supervisor, ensuring alignment with project budget and scope.
16. Collaborate with the Project Administrator for processing CSC and vendor warranties, ensuring timely closeout of projects and maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
17. Facilitate progress meetings with consultants and/or clients to review project-related data, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.
18. Support the Superintendent on mandatory weekly subcontractor progress meetings, ensuring timely project completion and maintaining a positive working relationship with subcontractors.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of managing projects with a focus on delivering results while maintaining a healthy team culture.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project administrators, accountants, and superintendents.
7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
8. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on delivering results and maintaining a positive working relationship with team members.
9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver results.
10. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
