Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. This full-time, permanent role is crucial for designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized care. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention strategies.
2. Provide training and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
3. Monitor and modify treatment plans as needed, utilizing data-driven approaches.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
5. Deliver direct therapy services to clients as required.
6. Facilitate parent training and offer ongoing family support.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
8. Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
9. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline.
2. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
3. At least two years of experience in providing ABA therapy and behavior analysis services.
4. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
5. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups including children, families, and healthcare professionals.
7. Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.
8. Familiarity with current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
9. Ability to manage a high level of responsibility while maintaining confidentiality.
10. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
11. Successful completion of a background check.
12. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
