Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to enhance our finance department. This role is pivotal in managing a variety of accounting tasks within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage month-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Analyze and prepare accruals and prepaids for compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Participate in financial audits and liaise with auditors for compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in month-end closing, accruals, and prepaids.
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of bank and accounts payable reconciliation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
