Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a crucial role in optimizing and supporting production operations. This position involves close collaboration with manufacturing teams, as well as cross-departmental cooperation to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows, aiming to boost efficiency, minimize expenses, and elevate overall production quality.
- Work alongside various departments, including Product Development, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance, to refine production methodologies.
- Employ Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop comprehensive models and schematics for mechanical systems and process enhancements.

- Serve as a technical authority on the production floor, providing training to manufacturing personnel on new methodologies and equipment.
- Identify and investigate potential areas for process enhancements, cost savings, and efficiency improvements within production.
- Assist in troubleshooting production challenges, offering and executing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to transition new systems, machinery, and products into production environments.
- Diagnose and address issues related to machinery and extrusion operations.

- Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance activities for production machinery.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
- Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working atmosphere.
- Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures concerning safety.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Technical proficiency in 2D or 3D modeling software, preferably Autodesk Inventor, CAM, or AutoCAD, or similar applications.
- Competence in the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Basic understanding of project management software.
- Knowledge and application of personal protective equipment (PPE).
