Leader Automotive Group, a subsidiary of AutoCanada, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of warranty claims for our dealerships.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar position, with knowledge of automotive parts and service. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, and possess excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure assigned dealerships are paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with service management team and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts.
  • Communicate with service management and service advisors to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations.
  • Prepare, review, and process all warranty claims.
  • Maintain manufacturer training requirements for all assigned franchises.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service.
  • Experience with multiple franchises.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
