Maintenance Director

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our production equipment and facilities.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial technology).
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing maintenance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
