Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team as a Long-Term Care Specialist. This role requires a dedicated individual with experience in providing high-quality care to older adults.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. They will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.
Educational Requirements and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in good standing in the state of practice (or Compact License)
- Evidence of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience within the past two years
- BLS credential mandatory
Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position working varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
