About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CareLinx by Sharecare.

As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents in their homes, supporting medical staff, and addressing various resident needs.

  • You will work collaboratively with our neighborhood/house team to prioritize resident and family preferences and fulfill their needs and desires.
  • You will provide physical care to residents to address daily needs and support their optimal functioning.
  • You will promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building and collaboration with the neighborhood/house team to address social needs.
  • You will establish a home-like atmosphere by respecting residents' rooms as their own and empowering them to control their environment.
  • You will contribute to maintaining the neighborhood/house by ensuring a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved program for nursing assistants
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Plan of Care or assignment
  • Spanish bilingual capabilities are a plus
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
