Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome every member and guest with a friendly demeanor and a smile.
2. Conduct tours for prospective members, aiming to encourage them to join our fitness community.
3. Answer incoming calls with professionalism and energy.
4. Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth club operations.
5. Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
6. Contribute to the upkeep of a clean and organized gym environment, which may involve physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
7. Assist in scheduling introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers for new members.
8. Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- A positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and maneuver gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to remain stationed at the front desk for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Diligent, capable of managing multiple tasks and resolving issues effectively.
- A genuine passion for the Blink Fitness brand.
