Job Opportunity

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading security solutions provider to recruit a full-time Sales Engineer in Nashville, TN.

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving growth by designing, installing, and servicing customers' electronic security systems. They will collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support and assist the sales team with system design and engineering.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and review contracts and RFPs.
  • Assemble submittal packages and closeout documents, and work with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits, including pre-sales, job start-ups, and close-outs, and demonstrate a deep understanding of electronic security systems, access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and healthcare systems.
  • Possess strong IT and networking skills, and utilize AutoCAD for design and drafting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic industry focusing on security and surveillance.
  • Associate or technical degree, bachelor's preferred.
  • Strong understanding of access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and electronic systems.
  • Experience designing and drafting through AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to local customer sites.
