Sales Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading security solutions provider to recruit and hire a full-time Sales Engineer in Nashville, TN.
Job Summary:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving growth by designing, installing, and servicing customers' electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide sales support and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Assist the sales team with system design and engineering.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
- Review contracts and RFPs.
- Assemble submittal packages and closeout documents.
- Work with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, including pre-sales, job start-ups, and close-outs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of electronic security systems, access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and healthcare systems.
- Possess strong IT and networking skills.
- Utilize AutoCAD for design and drafting.
- 5+ years of experience in the electronic industry focusing on security and surveillance.
- Associate or technical degree, bachelor's preferred.
- Strong understanding of access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and electronic systems.
- Experience designing and drafting through AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel to local customer sites 30-50% of the time.
- Base salary in the 85k-95k range.
