Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness, driving engagement, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Track the performance of campaigns and provide reports to management.
  • Content Creation:
    • Help create marketing collateral, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
    • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ways to increase engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
    • Assist in analyzing campaign performance data and generating insights for future strategies.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines, events, and promotional activities.
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing vendor relationships and processing invoices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
