Position Overview
Location: Liberty Lake, WA
Shift: To be determined post-training, typically between 6:00 AM and 9:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing efficient and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  2. Utilize software applications effectively to address customer requests, including schedule modifications and general inquiries.
  3. Maintain and update client and caregiver schedules, ensuring thorough documentation of all communications.
  4. Collaborate with branch teams to support staffing initiatives.
  5. Assess and direct incoming Client Care inquiries for appropriate resolution.
  6. Notify clients and caregivers of any changes or exceptions in schedules, including updates and cancellations.
  7. Guide caregivers on the use of Point-of-Care systems for accurate timekeeping and task completion.
  8. Ensure adequate coverage for after-hours needs through team rotation.
  9. And additional responsibilities as required.

Work Environment
Our Customer Service Representatives operate in a fully office-based setting.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in technology is essential, and experience in a call center or healthcare environment is advantageous.
