Position Overview: In the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing our procurement operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of necessary goods and services. You will collaborate with various departments to meet operational demands while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relations: Identify, assess, and cultivate partnerships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage the acquisition of goods and services essential for park operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track inventory levels, anticipate future requirements, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excesses.
  • Cost Management: Analyze expenditure trends and pinpoint opportunities for savings and process enhancements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and industry standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to understand their requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise records of purchases, inventory, and supplier performance. Generate reports to aid in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within a retail or entertainment context.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to foster and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 annually.
